The first five buyers join the Founders Club — a small group of owners who help shape the culture of Carefree Crossing from the beginning. Founders pricing is special below-market pricing reserved for these five positions. It is not available to the general public and will not be extended once the five spots are filled.

Founders get first pick of unit position and configuration, a seat at owner planning conversations through year one, and the knowledge that they were here first. Four of the five spots remain.

Founders are hand-selected. A small refundable deposit secures your position while we confirm the match.
