Close to the communities you already live in.

The site sits at the intersection of Cave Creek Road and Tranquil Trail — on the border of North Scottsdale, Desert Mountain, and Cave Creek, in one of Arizona's most distinctive small towns.

Walk to dining, shopping, and all of the amenities of Carefree Town Center. Minutes to Sky Ranch Airport for owners who fly. Along the route to Lake Bartlett for boat enthusiasts. Close enough to use every week — the setting makes it feel like somewhere else entirely.

Site Overview

A community designed at the scale of a neighborhood.

Most garage condo developments stack as many units as the land will allow. Carefree Crossing is the opposite. Twenty-three lofts on a site sized to support a real community — drive aisles wide enough for trailered cars and high-end boats, generous setbacks, and The Collective placed at the entry to anchor the community.

The result is a community that feels open and considered, with the architectural language of the lofts carried through the landscape, paving, lighting, and shared spaces.

Unit Plan

A loft that lives well.

Each loft is 1,500 square feet on the ground floor, with a 450 SF finished mezzanine bringing total usable space to roughly 1,950 SF. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the front elevation bring in natural light and frame views of the surrounding desert and mountains — a finish level you don't find in the category.

The mezzanine is a fully finished upper level — use it as a lounge, home office, entertainment center, golf simulator, or anything you can imagine. The ground floor is purpose-built for the collection: open, flexible, and designed to show well.

The Sonoran Desert, on every horizon.

Granite outcrops, saguaros, the silhouette of Black Mountain at dawn. The setting is the amenity.
